Olivia Daugherty
Design Leader. Brand Builder. Problem Solver.
Creating purposeful design systems across print, digital, and brand applications from concept to production.
Sustainability-minded, collaboration-first, and focused on the user at the end of every deliverable.
Currently leading design at Demme Learning, where I translate complex educational content into clear, compelling experiences at scale.
Branding
I build design languages that travel across channels, formats, and team members without losing coherence.
Production
I manage high-volume, high-complexity print and digital production, including curriculum systems with hundreds of components across multiple product lines.
Marketing
I design for outcomes. Whether it's a trade show banner or a digital campaign, I work backward from the goal.
Leadership
I manage designers, contractors, and cross-functional creative work, with an emphasis on clear, scalable process, honest feedback, and raising the quality bar.
Bio
I'm a designer and design leader with a background spanning education, healthcare, marketing, and entertainment. I've designed everything from 450-page textbooks to brand identities to multi-channel campaigns — and I've built and led the teams that bring that work to life.
My Approach
My approach is direct: understand the problem, align on the goal, and execute with craft. I care about design systems that scale, brands that hold together under pressure, and production that actually ships on time.
Fun Facts
Outside of design, I'm a Central Pennsylvania Music Hall of Fame vocalist and a MENSA member. I bring the same precision to a 16-bar chorus as I do to a 16-page style guide.
